The PTA has been running for a number of years. However since we joined the National Confederation of Parent Teacher Association (NCPTA) almost two years ago we have become a much more active group with the backing of the teaching staff who have benefited with extra cash to spend on their classes for their support.  Within the last two years we have purchased some fabulous equipment which has included a traversing wall in the school hall to be used in PE lessons.  The children’s kitchen has also been re-equipped to enable the whole school to benefit from this important life skill, also the outside play areas have benefited from having lovely wooden tables for children to use during play breaks ,and they are also used by children to have their packed lunch on if weather permits.  The school put on many productions, the PTA contributed towards the new speaker and audio system in the main hall. The school has also been supplied with 10 booster seats for continued safe travel in cars to extra activities.  All these things are only able to happen because of your support both by being part of the team and with your financial help.
